HOW LONG IS THE EXPERIENCE?
'Polio's Last Mile' has a full run time of about 15 minutes in headset. With getting folks set up and in and out, look to allocate 20 minutes per guest.
WHAT IS THE THROUGHPUT?
That is determined by number of headsets we're running times the hours of operation per day. For example, if we ran 10 headsets for 6 hours you'd get 180 attendees through during that session. 20 headsets and 10 hours you'd hit 600 per day. So when thinking about your event size and desired outcomes, just plug in some quick math so see where you stand (we can also help figure this as well).
HOW MUCH ROOM DO YOU NEED TO BRING THE INSTALLATION ON SITE?
We've built our installation to be modular to fit a range of events. We can fit in as small as 10x10ft space all the way past a full build out into a 20x20ft space.
What are the installation Fixtures?
We've built out a compelling immersive environment that goes beyond the headset to create a unique physical presence at your event. It is polished, modular build out that we can work with you to make sure it fits in well at your event and is a main attraction for attendees.
what is the cost?
While the Gates Foundation has funded the creation of this experience, there are still costs associated with bringing it to events around the world. We base that off of travel and size of the event. Reach out and we can get you a quote and go from there.
